How it Work
Business Documents: All business including but not limited to Bids, RFQ, EOI, Tenders etc. to be submitted within a timeline must meet the following requirements; the document must be scan in 300 to 600 Dots Per Inch (dpi), if the document contain signature, you will have to also attach any Government issued ID showing your signature.
Other Legal Documents: All other legal documents including but not limited to Travel Documents; Land Deeds; Vehicle Title; Business license; Marriage; Driver License etc. must be scan in 300 to 600 Dots Per Inch (dpi), if the document contain signature, you will have to also attach any Government issued ID showing your signature.
Photos: All scan photos must be scan in 400 to 600 Dots Per Inch (dpi); we accept all types of digital images.
Delivery Address: All delivery addresses for non-business documents must include a working phone number; all delivery contact must have a working phone number. It is require that you include at least one working phone number.

Please note, we also perform the reverse as well;
We scan any Hard Copy document in high definition, 300 to 600 Dots Per Inch (dpi); and email or fax said document to any email address and fax number in the world.

Documents & Photos minimum delivery time: 1 to 3 hours depending on location
Documents & Photos maximum delivery time: 1 to 7 days working days depending on location
Documents & Photos minimum scan & send time: 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on volume
Documents & Photos maximum scan & send time: 2 to 72 hours depending on volume
Rural and remote locations have a longer delivery time compare to city locations.
